It all depends on how old and established your Paypal is. A rule of thumb if you are still within the 90 day window, is $400 or less. If your Paypal established, you can bump it up to 1900 per day. I hope this gives u an idea.
Varies greatly, I find consistency is whats important if your always use to withdrawing 10 bucks then start withdrawing 1000 bucks every day most likely will cause problems
but if you always withdraw 500 bucks everyday then its the norm and most likely no probs, be predictable in other words
