Unable To Change Available Funding Source

Here's a new one for me...just confirmed bank account on Paypal. Went to the available funding sources for pre-approved payments and unchecked the bank account box, clicked save....then Paypal gave me an error saying I wasn't able to change it. Something like that. I always uncheck the bank account box for pre-approved payments with no issues. Now on this account it isn't letting me. Anyone encounter this?

I noticed the same within the last 7 weeks, I haven't yet tried to go back and see if I was able to remove the bank possibly weeks or months after adding the account

Odd...i was always able to remove it as funding source but now every time it says my action cannot be completed. Then gives me the jargon "if you were trying to make a payment wait blah blah" that generic message.
