 Cookies between user accounts on windows XP
Hey guys I was wondering if cookies are shared between user accounts on windows XP. I bought eBay Stealth, I know Aspkin used to delete cookies and flash cookies via CCleaner but his his update he said there's no need to as cookies are kept separate between accounts. I was wondering if this was done because for windows XP cookies were shared in XP and when the later windows came out with vista, windows 7 etc then the cookies were kept separate or didnt Aspkin know about windows keeping cookies separate amongst accounts so he used CC?
