Stealth Account + New Windows User Account: Cookies?

Hey guys,

I've been reading two sides to this story. Since I create accounts and use them under a new Windows User account. Do I then leave cookies in there since only one accounts uses each user account or should I still delete them?

I've always been under the assumption if you use new user accounts your good to leave cookies and that eBay likes that, but I've received opposite advice as well. Both have come from credible people.

Keep your cookies intact if you're using user accounts. Don't delete them.
