Default paypal limited but can I save the ebay account.

Hi all,
Please advise. I have an ebay account with 35+ possitive feedback as a seller. Paypal limited me after with drawing a total of $1,000 in a month or so. No veros or anything, I guess I just sold to much to fast. They want SSN, which renders my account useless, as I learned the hard way in the past this just gets you in deep with collections. I want to save the ebay account, and start a merchant account as my payment option. How do I do this. I am not sure if I can, first. And where to start, second. I am limited on income as a I am a pretty smaller timer, and cant afford huge mothly fees or start up fees. Please Help!

$1000 a month is not that much. You must increase your sales so fast.

If you can't (or don't want to) give paypal the required info to lift the limits then your best option is to start afresh with new stealth accounts.

If you are small time and plan on staying that way your best option is to stick with PP. Just take things a bit slower and maybe spread your business across a couple of accounts.

Were the eBAY and Paypal linked in any way? If so you should move on and start fresh!

I have a real 9-5 job, 2 kids and husband that stays home with them. Ebay provides me a second source of income, It's like everything is going perfect and then boom, I am limited. I went ahead and signed up for first data and authorize.net. because paypal has ****ed me about 10 time out of at least $1,000 left in each account. Now with the user aggreemnet changed, I feel like I cant take the risk of using paypal at all. Should I get CCnow again, just to offer it? Now it's $9.95monthly fee on top of the $17.95+ fees I will be paying with first data, and a 45 day hold. is it worth it? I had ccnow in the past and they were terrible. please advise! I have to get back on ebay!

Thanks Captin Jack, I will refer to stealth and do a little small time over several accounts. Hope the merchant account works well, It's new to me and I am in patient to get back on.

The 45 days hold is only after your first payment. What you could do is signup for CCNOW, send yourself an invoice and pay it (using another IP than the one used to send the invoice, preferably a different windows user account to).

Then the first 45 days will begin. After the first 45 days you can start offering CCNOW.

You should never leave too much money in your Paypal account. You're out 10,000$? How come you don't add bank accounts to which you have access to, or addresses you have access to to get the check after the 180 days?

Paypal is more and more required for many categories, its very unlikely you would be able to do without it forever, so you'll have to find ways to include it somehow.

Also: never leave more than 500$ in a Paypal account. depending of volume and feedback/account age you can easily withdraw 1000$ every 2 days to your bank account...

Fight the power

Thanks Tiger Lord, Let me clarify. In my history selling, Paypal has ****ed me out of my money ten times or more. Just this last time after I got back in the game, I lost $1,000. It is limited sitting in my accouny. I have 6 months togo, it got limited on the 18th of this month. CCnow is a better option that MerchantPlus, or first data, or google checkout with cart manager? I am willing to anything to keep me selling. I just get discouraged, as this has happened again and again. Please advise. Thank you kindly in advanced.

Being impatient is when you make more mistakes. OK , money may be tight for a while but if you take a timeout and PLAN the attack you will get back selling.
Several accounts spreading everything will be a good start. Seriously if you can not afford the merchant accounts fees, can you really afford ebay? these costs get factored into your selling plan.
