I have recently updated my business info and few weeks later received the email below. Paypal is asking for information. Does anyone pass through this, what can I expect? I have uploaded all documents in 2 days ,but nothing has changed .30 days period is running out and I worry a bit.

As a regulated financial institution we're required to collect and verify certain information about you. At the moment you need to re-confirm or update your business entity status.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Go to
www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Profile icon at the top of the page, then select 'Profile and Settings' from the drop-down menu.
3. In the 'Business Information' section, click 'Update'.
4. click 'Edit' at the bottom of the page.
5. Enter your business information on the form and click 'Save'.

Please update/complete the information in both the Director and Beneficial Owner Information Section.
To provide business information:
1. Go to
www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click the Profile icon at the top of the page, then select 'Profile and Settings' from the drop-down menu.
3. In the 'Business information' section, click 'Update'.
4. Click the 'Edit' button and enter the requested information.
5. Add/ update Director and Beneficial Owner information.
6. Click 'Save' to finish the process.

Complete the below sections using your word processor and then print the documents. For security reasons we are unable to receive your documentation via email. You can upload the documents to your PayPal account referencing the case ID mentioned in the Resolution Centre or you can fax them to the following number: 08707 307 197.
Any individual who ultimately owns more than 25% of the business, provide their names, date of birth, and the residential city of these individuals (If another company, we need to have a name of an individual who owns a 25% or more share of that holding company and not the name of the holding company itself.)
