Payoneer Via Paypal wont work!

Hey there.
After getting suspended from Entropay for third party money recieving ive decided to try the Payoneer way.
I have ordered Payoneer card, and recieved it today.
Activated.
Logged to paypal to update my Credit card to the Payoneer master card.
Recieved the Following message :
"The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue."

What can i do?
BTW - Im from israel if it matters

Payoneer no longer works. Its not worked for a while as far as I know

Argg damn!
Im stuck with 1000$ stuck in my Paypal account (Stealth account).
How the hell can i release it? im not allowed using entropay any more =\

Always been using the Entropay. now im feeling lost.
Any ideas?

just added Payoneer to my new paypal ( 3 days OLD ) withdraw without a problem
I did not do anything special, except calling paypal to avoid get the famous MSG, you can not add bank account now

did you link your payoneer vba to your new paypal account? did you withdraw money from paypal to vba and then to payoneer card without any problems?
as far as I know paypal doesn't accept payoneer VBAs since 2013. Please let us know. This info will be extremely helpful!

yes, I added payoneer and Yes I withdraw money to it...more over one of my PayPal account got limited one of the things they asked for is bank statement, They ACCEPTED payoneer screen shot, 12 hours later my account was back and all good

last 7 withdraws from 7 PayPal account to payoneer, 48 hours ago...all completed

one thing you should worry about.....Miss match name... it has to be the same

Well, they wont accept my Payoneer. Am i able to order a Payoneer CC with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? just for matching the stealth account?

Anyway, must have some way to withdraw the money from Paypal.
No way im gonna leave it there to rot.

I suspect that only USA members can not use payoneer VBAs...

create a stealth entropay lol
it's easy like paypal, and if entropay ask you for documents then you know what to do I mean send them photoshopped. always worked for me.

I use Payoneer on an .IT account. It works with a "light" mismatch of one letter in the surname but... it was added in 2014.

PayPal doesn't like Payoneer anymore... many users have reported Payoneer as "no more working".

It doesn't work for US and, if I am not wrong, it doesn't work on new UK accounts. That's all I know.
