So the address and zipcode on the card matched paypal and you had at least $2.95 balance on the card and it still didn't work?

Doesn't paypal only check zipcode? I thought only zip codes have to match.

I guess at the end of the day if you're using stealth, why not add the stealth info, but for verification purposes I was under the impression that only zip code mattered.

Much like a gas pump, some gas stations you have to put in your zip code at the pump before you can pump gas.
