amaz0n acc suspended. appeal letter question
So this moron buyer opened A-z claim and then approx. 24-48 hrs later, I receive email f/ Amaz0n stating my account is suspended. Too high of ODR(order defect rate) as obviously one A-z claim can easily put you above 1% threshold. all other selling metrics were above standard except for the ODR . .
Now in the past I've received this notice f/ amaz and the only option to appeal was the submit Letter via Email (only one option .. ) HOWEVER this time I noticed its different wording and theres also a "Phone" option to appeal to call in with your plan. Has anyone else seen or heard about this before? Is it generally advised to submit letter instead of calling in? (wouldn't want to be stuck w/ a***hole AZ rep on the phone for the decision.. )
