So far they have not destroyed my item yet.
for those who wants to know. here is a quick guide

Its quite easy.
go to https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/
then click the help button.
then click the "contact us by email using this link"
put your previous email address which used for that account to request for removal.
I managed to do it with my 2 accounts previously just using seller support.
Its good if you know the ASIN so its should be like this
"Hi
I would like to request for removal of some of my FBA items please.
If you could provide me with the list of items I have currently in stock, that will be much appreciated. I would be happy if you could provide the ASINS and quantity in this message please as I am not able to log in to my account at the moment so I have trouble checking them
Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you."
If you know the asin, just email saying that you CONFIRM and are willing to pay the charges for the removal. put your name, address and phone number. it doesnt matter if its banned or not from my experience.
Now going to my third, but got some problem and it was escalated to seller performance which surprisingly do reply to my email now. haha.
