Default Feedback Revision After Buyer Deleted First Request

How can I get a negative feedback revised if the buyer already deleted the first one I sent but is willing to revise now?

What was the solution? I didn't think a another request could be made if the buyer had already declined the first revision request?

How does this work?
You send that email to eBay or the buyer sends that email to eBay?

I had a buyer who left TWO neutrals and he said he would change his feedback but when I sent him two feedback change requests, he did nothing, ignored my emails, and then the requests expired.

Anything that I can do?

I'm fine if he said he would not change but now he has wasted 2 out of a mere 5 of my precious feedback change request and did not do what he said he would do.

Well that's partly your problem if you had to go to feedback revision.

What did you do or not do to need a revision?

What's the background?

Wait a minute, feedback revisions get used even if the buyer doesn't use them?

My problem??
I did nothing.
But you see, to my American buyers, I am to blame for USPS's or US customs's slow delivery/ clearance.
To my British buyers, I am to blame for Royal Mail's or UK customs's slow delivery/ clearance.
And the same applies to most other countries.
I had dispatched item within 24 hrs of payment, sent tracking, marked as dispatched.
But you see, all these does not matter, because my item took 11 working days to arrive at my buyer's house, and that felt like an eternity to my buyer who is probably too used to waiting 2-5 mins for a full meal at MacDonald's drivethrough!

Anyway, I have lengthened my shipping time in my description to try to manage buyer's expectations.
Hope this helps.

Huh?
Do they remove it if the buyer says he is ok to remove?
And DSRs as well?!!?
eBay has clearly listed the conditions in which they will remove feedback.
I have got rejected by them a few times when I told them about buyer who were manipulating feedback.

Alright, please tell me how this works and what I should do to get them to remove DSRs. My feedback is ok but I'm having a problem with DSRs. Quite a number of them I suspect are from these sellers who have unjustly rated me and I think they will agree to amend.

When you say email. Is this email in your gmail/yahoo account or in your eBay messages?
Who do you forward them to?
Can you give me the email addy?

Also, sellers are not allowed to ask buyers about the DSRs they've left.
If I ask eBay to remove DSRs for a buyer, this will be obvious.
So I can only ask eBay to remove the feedback and does this automatically remove DSRs as well?
Can the DSRs be removed if no feedback is left?

Please help, my account is currently in coma because of DSRs and I may be able to revive it if I can get the DSRs removed by 20 April (next review date).
Thank you!!!
