Default Feedback revision request -- used up quota, then what?

eBay Feedback Revision Request

I've used 4 out of 5 feedback requests that are available. What do I do after I run out of those? Is there a way to ask for more? It feels like I am playing a stupid video game here. Where can I get more "blood"??? Thanks!

You get 5 for every 1000 positive feedbacks you get, its automatic.

moom,
What are you doing to have to need to have FB revision? Is it the goods, untimely shipping, costs? Something is not working with your selling technique. Re-examine your methods and refine them.

Well when you use up all 5 request then you should examine the areas you need to work on that resulted in those Negative feedback. You need to prevent getting Negative instead of asking for "MORE" Feedback Request.

What is your feedback percentage?

If it takes giving free shipping, offering a return policy, or stop selling certain products to prevent negative then do it.

Negative/Neutral Feedback will not be calculated after 12 months from your feedback percentage.

Hope this helps.

Default Negative FB IDIOT buyers and the 1% rule

As a former Gold PSer who maintained a 99.9% FB rating with over 3,700 transactions, I must admit that 1st neg FB was devastating.

Bottom line though? Get over it!

The 1% (probably more like 5% now) of the idiots will eventually get you and leave neg FB NO MATTER WHAT. It's just like eBay themselves. Nothing rational about it. Competitor espionage, psycho buyers who won't listen to reason, someone just had a bad day, whatever....it's going to happen.

But if you are an honest seller of good products, good customer service (we replied to emails same day if not immediately), quick shipping (within 2 days MAX - we try for 90% of all orders shipped same day)...........well, you should be ale to maintain 99.8% or better and DSR's in the 4.6-4.9 range (we had some 5.0 for a while). Depending on your category with a 99.8 and DSR's bet 4.6-4.8, your ranking won't be that much worse than your comp. In real niche areas, you only have 3 or 4 sellers, you'll get noticed no matter what your FB is. God forbid you're the ONLY seller. :D

WHY WORRY or BOTHER trying for good FB and DSR's? In the end, Fbay one day shuts you down for no reason or a fukked up reason (please check my particular story in the introduction forums). There goes all your hard work down the drain.

The mentally of the sellers must change and not allow the FB nor DSR's to take their emotions hostage with every sale. Fbay has done a great job at brainwashing us. You don't need 100%FB nor 5.0 DSR's. Finaly since there's nothing you can do about the 1-5% psychos, you gotta move on.

i understand termedps, but i have recievd a negative feedback that is very very unfair,
the probelm is they said i did not reply to their emails, but i did reply! it's probably stuck in their junk/bulk mail folder or something,

i want my percentage to be high so that it's higher on the search standings..and also look better
because of that i'm now 98.something instead of 99. something, which looks alot bette!

Nobody, the best thing to do now that you have already got the negative is post a follow up with your side of it.

As I mentioned above, you have to move on. I don't know what else to tell you. Of course you should get another stealth account or two (or more), and you can start new. But the bottom line is that JUST like your buyer who said you never emailed, there will be another idiot who will say your description didn't match....etc...

Just another day at the office for us tormented sellers. I will say this, had I known what I know now, I would not have stressed out so much nor put in so much resources to maintain and "hold our buyers' hands". There's only so much one can do as a seller. Just do your best, create a few more accounts, and move on.

You cannot let the 1-5% a-hole psychos get to you. It will happen sooner or later.

I completely agree with the MooMooj it sucks ! I offer returns / exchanges .. anything it takes super nice emails to A-hole response & still i get hit with more than 5 negatives per 1,000 sales . it sucks ! They only offer you 5 revisions , per 1,000 a holes you meet ! I indicate i will refund and pay shipping back and still get hit with people who are too ignorant & cant read. Is there any way around the 5 limit or can you request additional under any " sneaky ways" I remember a buyer called ebay and said they left it for the wrong seller. Does this work some of the time or all of the time ?
It just plain sucks .
