Default An Unusual Request

I have this transaction where a seller filed a mutual agrement form even after I've paid for the item. Because it was a low price and the seller may have done this before, I suspect, trust and safety had the feedbacks removed. But the agreement is still out there. Ebay chat says that once the feedbacks have been removed they can't come back despite what the agreement says. The agreement also said I had until July X to reply. I'm assuming that is just so that i'll have the option of leaving feedback. But since that's no longer an issue (I think) would it be best to just let it expire on its own? I suppose I could agree with it, but since feedback is no longer involved and this user sort of screwed me on that, I don't think I owe him any favors. In fact, since he said we agreed not to finish it, I might just file for my money back. MwaHaHaHa. :D

Is there anything this user can do against me at this point if I don't agree to their "offer"?

Jack, I swear you are always into something....

Why did the buyer not send you the item?

I know it may seem that way. A lot of this is interrelated though.

To answer your question...technically...yes. But there was no tracking number so...normally I wouldn't and I may just let it go, but this user did mess me over a bit and needs to be taught a lesson. Feedback is apparently no longer an issue as well. Still mulling this one over. I really wish he hadn't tried that...and I'm in a mood.

That is his fault. The seller owes you.

So what you are trying to say is the item sold for a low low price that the seller apparently didnt want to sell for? So he/she pulled a fools move you???

What exactly did you buy? Because you could just watch his auctions for the product again. but then again he/she might say that shipping company returned it back to him for whatever reason.
