You have to give the IRS your real address when you apply for an EIN, if that's what you're asking. The address isn't shared with Paypal so you can use your home address. Though getting a second address that you can use as an official business address for your stealth account certainly is an option.

That's your prerogative, but I seriously doubt you will ever need it for Paypal purposes. The ONLY thing I've ever received in the mail from P/P was a (Mastercard) Debit card on a legit (non-stealth) account. I'm running a few stealth's and they are all healthy and have bogus addresses.
