You have to give the IRS your real address when you apply for an EIN, if that's what you're asking. The address isn't shared with Paypal so you can use your home address. Though getting a second address that you can use as an official business address for your stealth account certainly is an option.

I was worryied that PayPal would know. So they just vertify the business name?

Yes (Plumsake taught me this lol). The Tax ID and Business name need to match exactly. That's all paypal checks.

Wow thanks I'll defiantly keep this in mind, I'm probaly going get one anyways just incase PayPal decides to give me code in mail.

That's your prerogative, but I seriously doubt you will ever need it for Paypal purposes. The ONLY thing I've ever received in the mail from P/P was a (Mastercard) Debit card on a legit (non-stealth) account. I'm running a few stealth's and they are all healthy and have bogus addresses.

But yeah, it's your money. Lol...
