Need Advice on EBAY & Paypal Account please help

i have a ebay account & paypal
ebay got temporary limited i also have not paid the fees
paypal is limited due to the amount of opened cases

can i buy a ebay account and use fresh info
internet
pc
phone number
email
address

but use same company and same first and last name
with same company incorporation certificate etc

invoices and statement can be created to new address etc

do you think it should be ok?

if yes its good if not i will have to create a new ltd on a friends name and address etc

please advise me

You need to buy the stealth account to ensure safe practice.

10,000 items a month though is extremely high volume, you wont be able to do this from startup

How did the ebay account become suspended in the 1st place?

Why were cases opened on Paypal?

As the OP has been advised listing 10,000 items on a new account is going to draw a lot of unwanted attention.
