Turned one stealt into shop and now no rise in limits

Hope all is good.

Quick question.
I have had a stealth account for a while and it has been doing good lots of sales.
I turned it into a shop about 6 weeks ago.

I have had to shuffle amounts of listings around as am running out of listings very quickly.
I would have thought that an automatic increase would have happend already as im selling quite a lot.
So basically I was wondering should I click the request higher selling limit, or just hold out and hopefully get an auto rise at some time? Its just I could really do with a few more listing now.


Any advice would be great.

As you have a shop, the eBay account must be a business one.

Clicking on the request higher limits will just come up with a message to call them to discuss your selling needs. I've never seen it produce any other message when the eBay is a business one.

If your items are legit and you are able to produce documentation to this effect then you should have nothing to fear and give them a call. They rarely ask for this documentation but it is best to cover all possible outcomes.

The request to produce invoices and receipts can be troublesome especially in your marketplace wrighty.
