Business eBay and PayPal banned

My ebay and PayPal got banned 2 years ago. The address was my company address

If I make a new stealth account and new ltd company
will eBay check the company out online and see it's also registred to my real name and address and link/ban ?

No they wont, they do there searches through the ID request etc, there is a thread on here somewhere where someone has registered their company to the same address of Harrods!

It's unlikely ebay will delve that deep in to your business.

Any reason you can't operate on eBay as a sole trader but have a LTD company that runs in the background.... tell eBay you're a sole trader but you just print your sales information off and pass through your LTD company. Sorted. Then you have no risk of them ever going onto companies house.
