When to add bank to purchased account

So, I read on the quick guide, after buying an account there should not be any changes made to EB or PP for at least the first 30 days. Now, at what point does one add the BA for withdrawing funds? Does this mean you can't start listing until after the first 30 days?

Anyone? I've already purchased the account from stealthshop.com, and need help. Is this not the right forum to post for support?

You can ask the chat box at stealth shop or reply to the email that contained your account information with any questions you may have, they're really good at providing support.

But for a quick answer from me, I was told to add and verify a bank account to your paypal asap
