How to sell without adding bank account or debt card?

Every time I create a new stealth, upon my first listing, I get transferred to the PayPal screen where I'm asked to "how I pay my eBay fees" on the eBay/PayPal screen

Is there anyway to sell without inputting these?

And if you want to avoid getting 0/0 limits when paying fees via PayPal you need to have a bank verified PayPal these days.

You need a pp account OP - and learn how to operate with it before going further

Yes, it is more than advisable to have a PayPal linked and verified before turning into a seller account but I never make the PayPal account before turning accounts into a seller account and pick up some of my highest limit accounts that way...

But how can you link these accounts? I've done plenty in the past but there seems to be issues with some new accounts. How can I buy or sell items without linking a card/account?

You cannot sell on eBay without linking a card at the very least. Just not possible as eBay need to have something on file for payment of fees

Bare in mind you may well get a lot of 0/0 accounts if you are not 100% sure on the methods to use correctly
