UK sky broadband and VPN leaking DNS...any fix?

Hi.

I use a VPN with VPNCheck Pro.

VPNCheck Pro ha a function to prevent DNS leaking.

My issue is this:

If I use a prepaid broadband dongle and use the DNS leak option, all work well.

However, if I use my Sky Broadband and try to use the DNS leak option, it still shows my UK ip.

Any ideas as to what is going on?
I tried all the options and setting but nothing works, only if I use my pre-paid broadband dongle it works.

Done my nut in and I have a slight banging headache (lol) .... any help much appreciated XxxxxX

I have only just got my sky broadband, previously using pre-paid dongles, so I am unable to say if the problem due to any setup changes.

My pc is on windows 10.

If I cant get it to work via my sky I suppose I will have to use my pre-paid dongles.

Not much of a problem, just more cost effective to use my sky broadband and also my curiosity as to why it does not work with my sky is more a problem than it not working.
