 Account Suspended for violation of Digitally Delivered Goods
So well, here I am in the same boat as most of you I guess.
My ebay account got suspended last wednesday. I was selling more or less accounts for the popular MOBA Game league of legends. Though I clearly stated that these accounts still are in property of Riot Games, which is the game developer. What I was actually selling, at least as such it was promoted on ebay, was the time being spend to create and level up these account. I had been on ebay, mainly on .de for more the 3 years, with over 2300 positives. 3 month ago I tried my luck on .com and was going good and then all of a sudden the send me that damn suspension mail.
The email header says the following: "Your account has been suspended: Digitally Delivered Goods", there is no hint of any MC department or anything alike in the mail itself. And they have suspended me for at least 12 month, that's what is written in the mail.
So what I've done so far, is trying to answer on the email, which of course wouldn't work. So I also wrote to the german support 2 times and a little reminder today, stating that I haven't broken any of their rules, that I'm a reputable member of the community with 99,6% and all my customers are happy and all that stuff. --> Haven't got any answer on any of my appeals.
I've tried calling the .com support twice, which led me to being on the line for 60mins plus both times without anyone answering.
I tried asking my questions on the ebay community site several times, which allways lead to the error message: "Sorry! We're currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete the process at this time."
Dunno if this is due to my account being suspended or if they really have issues.
I'm just totally fuzzled and now know that I should have never gone onto .com, or at least not with my good standing account.
I'm also pretty sure that the suspension was caused by one of my competitors, because I just got to big probably and and risk their revenue.
Has anyone of you ever experienced anything like this before? I mean no warnings, nothing, not even the department shown in the email of the suspension.
How long should I wait for a response from ebay? Is there hope for my account and can that suspension be appealed?
When, in your opinion, is the best time to call ebay and not wait till forever on the line?
Since I have a 12 month suspension, can I go totally stealth and get my original account back after 12 month?
Since my paypal account is still totally fine, I still shouldn't use it again, at least not for ebay, right?
And seriously, is their anyway I can f.... over my competitors? They out my in a frustrating situation and I just want to pay back now.
