Looking to have my US account verified

Hello guys, I create a US-based account with foreign names so as to allow one of my US-based client to pay me. However, I have been unable to withdraw the amount because the account is not verified.

I don't have the information that Paypal may need because I'm not a US resident.
Kindly advice me on how I can have the account verified.
Can VBAs work?
If so who are the trusted providers.
What about IP issues?

Has your PayPal account been limited? Or it just will not let you withdraw, saying try later?

Welcome to the forums. IF you have the US pp still in working order, you can verify it with a US VBA but you cannot withdraw to a VBA. For withdrawal, you will need a real US bank account or you can spend the money on services and goods.
