Euro VCC ,Can I withdraw ?

Hi There
Regards to European vcc what countries can i set up accounts and withdraw direct with ,I have a UK account but no bank account attached with funds in but cant get the money out if i set up a european paypal with one of your cards can i transfer funds across from uk account and withdraw ?

sorry about questions pretty new to paypal also have a us account but cant get money out should have researched before hand

Is there a reason why you cannot add a bank account to your UK Paypal?

Using a UK bank account with a UK PayPal would be your best bet really. Is there a reason you wanted to avoid this?

It all gets a bit more complicated if you try using a EU PayPal with a VCC when your in the UK

If you start to send funds to one PayPal to the other for withdrawing you will end up with both PayPal limited very soon.

Thi is not the way to manage it. UK bank account atached to your PayPal is needed.

Hi thanks for getting back to me guys,been out of work for a while and credit rating is rubbish so struggled to get a bank account to attach to the paypal to be honest so thats why I have the issue

There is no list of countries which accepts withdrawal to cards. Wikipedia to see what is a "Baltic country".

...you have to consider that IP could be an issue (shall match the country you pretend to be in) and that different countries have different rules for eBay

i.e.: i can withdraw to card but I cannot open an ebay.com account
