New Category Limits on New Accounts

Just made two different accounts, both accounts are only able to list 1 item instead of 5 in a category until the 90 days is up. Did any else notice this change?

Depends on which categories you're talking about..

Category restrictions on new accounts have been in place for years.

Basically anything commonly counterfeited or stolen, you'll be restricted from selling on a new account until Ebay trusts you. If you establish a positive selling history the category restrictions go away after the first 90 days of sales.

Yes you just have to wait at least 3 months, and build the account up

Lol yes i Know the restrictions get removed after 90 days. But normally when I make an account I am able to list 5 items in the computer category. Now new accounts only allow 1 per month until the 90 day is up. At least for me.
