Default eBay limitation review - lots of required info.

Hi all,

Today i've had my first stealth Paypal account limited. I believe this was due to an increase in sales lately.

Paypal have limited me so I am unable to withdraw, send money, or close the account.

They're asking for proof of postage, copies of purchase invoices and also a copy of my business license.

Obviously I am unable to provide all of the above with it being stealth. Also I don't sent items via recorded post therefore have no proof of postage.

Where should I go from here? The eBay account is solid, never any trouble, 2 years old, over 2500 feedback, 99.5% positive.

I need to know whether to stop selling as I may well lose access to the funds in the Paypal account.

Do you have postage receipts from the post office when you send items? A proof of postage would be best, but a receipts for stamps is better than nothing

No i'm afraid not, I could always go and purchase some. We have a franking machine, I could print off a recent top-up receipt?

However I am unable to supply the other information?

Using the invoices from the top up on the franking machines could work

Do you not have any invoices for the items purchased?

Never do I complete the business license request.

I have uploaded a couple of times UTR for the license request.

Most of the time its easier to not upload anything for this as it seems to just show up when the limitation hits.

I've uploaded a receipt of latest franking machine top-ups as well as an invoice.

I'll see what happens and hope for the best.

It says I need to complete all the steps in order for them to start the review.

What should I upload for the business license?

I had better results with calls, rather than emails.

I started with emails, but then switched to calls.

Question is did you send them a 'BUSINESS LICENSE'?

It definitely is not a step that needs to be completed - really a note for others to take on board when this step shows up in a limitation.
