limit paypal after receiving 1st payment

I am using paypal stealth account
with US VPN.

once i recevid first payment
asking me for the fallowing info :



what should i do?

USB cable was your first sale? Electronic good....can be considered risky, subject to counterfeiting and such.

Are you dropshipping? Also another issue

Yea, my first sale.

I am a dropshipper, but they can not do that.

well now you know why you were limited.

You need to supply the info they are asking for, for any chance of saving the account.

Or start again, but dont sell these type of things on a new account.

Where does it says that electronic products can not be sold in stealth accounts?

It is not that electronic products can not be sold - it is that it is HIGH RISK for first sale.

Also, paypal can see very easily that you are dropshipping if you are using funds to buy from another seller to ship....

Because im limited, I can only receive payment. So i am using other paypal account to make payment for dropshipper.

It is knowledge sellers find out about before making their first sales.

ebay/paypal can do what they want.

It's just weird because if you are brand new to ebay and paypal, you would never know what happened or why. I think it's perfectly reasonable to sell a USB cable even if the account is new. What's the point of opening an account if you can't use it at all?
