Health of your teeth is related to quality of your life
Hi guys. I went to dentist recently, I haven't been to one in 3+ years, ever since I lost my job and dental insurance. Doc clean my teeth, took x-rays, and checked me up, I didn't have a single hole. All I needed is tooth cleaning.
For the past 3 years I drank like a horse, ate, and gained 50+ lbs. I just brushed morning and evening, and I never brush more than a minute, closer to 20 seconds.
Now, back when I used to have my old and very stressful job, and dental insurance, I'd go to dentist every 6 months, and I have a hole or two every time. I had a very very stressful job.
Thus you can see, the difference is obvious, in a life with a stressful job, I had a lot of holes in my teeth. However, in a care free life without a job, my teeth are healthy!
Of course this is not scientific, but this is enough for me. I ain't working no more!! I rather work for myself lol.
:D
Now what kind of stress are we talking about? Office politics, that's all it was lol. When you have back stabbing cut throat snakes all over you, your life ain't care free.
