Adding new ebay to a paypal linked to an ebay with selling suspended

Is it possible to add a new ebay selling account to a paypal that was attached to a suspended ebay account or will it limit them both right away? thanks

Why not just move on and have stealth eBay and stealth Paypal and NOT worry about your accounts?

Seems like a retarded plan, to build a business on something that is a question of WHEN, not IF.

It's best to start afresh, a brand new ebay and paypal.
