Paypal Confirm Identity - Ask when sending payment Failed (Help Me)

I had paypal ask me to confirm my Identity when paying with a
Ebay gift card (Physical Hard card) I failed

Asking me for
Provide Proof Of SSN ,
Proof of Address
, Photo ID

If you call into Paypal, oftentimes they only need one or two things and not everything on the list.

You can do 2 things try to call Them or get creative, Altho The SS# can be your accounts death you can add i EIN but not sure if it's worth it.

You cant add an EIN in this situation. No way of upgrading the account to business and adding the business name and they will still want the SS.
