Amazon account .UK on HOLD, why? Help me please guys

I need your help to get my money back from Amazon.co.uk
I have created a new and clean Amazon account and loaded with £50 on Amazon Gift card value (I have the proof) and seconds later the f*****g Amazon automatic service puts my account on hold, and I don't understand WHY. My full name, full address, credit card, passport... are correct and verified. I have sent to Amazon several emails with the proof I'm a legit buyer and can't stop of receive this automatic email everyday: Hello,
You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your billing details for your MasterCard ending in 15.
At your earliest convenience, please send the information below to our secure fax line:
-- A copy of your statement for the payment card that you used, including the billing address
-- The last two digits of the payment card
-- Your name, phone number, and email address
