Unable to contact ebay Uk by phone

Been trying for over a week now to get through to ebay uk by ringing them. get put on hold for over an hour each time with no success.

Have issues with some accounts where need to call them up and talk. before it would take minutes to speak to someone.

Has anyone else been unable to get through to ebay UK?

Yes I've recently spent ages trying to contact them. I get put on hold and then all of a sudden the line cuts out, must be an error as their call centre is based in the US. I just popped into livechat, explained I had issues and they gave me a call back.

I've tried contacting them numerous times recently. Im always on hold for atleast 25 mins before I give up.

Awful company for customer service.

They use to answer all calls in minutes. Live chat is no problem, but I need to speak directly to ebay.

Trouble with call back is I'm not in the UK, so will have to pay to receive their phone call.

Must be a problem with the call centre.

Ah damn my only suggestion would be to try using skype to call them, maybe that'll cost much less than a call back would.

Yeah I use Skype to call ebay, been on hold over an hour each day until giving up.

Don't understand what's going on. cannot be account related as I have tried calling with pin code from different accounts.
