Tesla is just a fraud. Oil and Cash will keep on being kings for the next 100 years (you can go ahead and mark my words).

Oil? I would be surprised if it had much more than 40/50 year left

the 2 passengers, one is 69 and the other 59 and neither one is in the driver seat, did they say if one of them owns the car or it belonged to someone else?
May be they do not understand autopilot and self driving, once they get the car moving, the one in the front moved to the passenger side?
ISnt that what self driving is all about?

Elon said they checked the logs at Tesla and auto pilot was never enabled. How about the batteries burning for 4 hours straight even with the FD present...that's scary
But it is odd I've seen Tesla videos of the car avoiding accidents without autopilot

Eh.. I would consider this an opportunity to buy more TSLA if it dips.
Personally TSLA has been one of my biggest winners the past year.. same for a lot of people I guess. I wouldn't bet against them.

Consumer report shows you can place something heavy enough on the steering wheel to fool the car someone is driving?
But what about the seat belt?
Do you have to strap a dummy in driver seat?
The govt is now going to look more into these self driving cars ,also the battery which reignited, how safe is it for the firemen to get too close to the car and what if the passenger is still alive and trapped inside?
They have a hard time getting Tiger Wood out of his car, think if it were an EV with a reignited battery?

There is a case in China where the driver parked his TSLA car in the parking lot and it caught fire ,lucky the driver has already got out of the car.
It just kept burning down to ashes

Ahhhh... lithium!
There ARE safer lithium chemistries for batteries, but unfortunately these cars need to travel great distances or no one would be so keen to purchase one. It boils down to energy density, and how many batteries they can stuff inside the car.
The safer, yet less energy-dense battery would take up too much space to provide the vehicle with enough range. So, for right now, we're stuck with a more volatile chemistry for the sake of energy density (for vehicle range).
The battery packs consist of over 8,000 small, individual batteries that most of you have probably seen in vapes and torch flaslights. The little 18650s.
They have recently started using other larger sizes, and hopefully they will also prove to be more safe!

The TSLA in the parking lot in China also burns for hours.
As more EVs show up on the road,we will know more?

I cant remember where but they were experimenting with a road that acts like a wireless charger to your car - same way the cellphones work but due to the size of the battery packs it wouldn't effective
Imagine the state is able to remotely lock your car, stear you into an "accident" then over heat the batteries until they explode. I think its possible

Im down on tesla, i really need to set exit strategy on my non managed accounts. I was up a few grand on tesla, I look yesterday and I'm down 1k lol.. Diamond hands forever here though. Unless you think tesla is not going back up, no point selling at a loss and have paper hands now. Same with BTC a few times i thought , i should just get out. But, then it rebounds and the last thing i want to have done is sold and it go up 50% lol
