Avoiding anything IP address related by using mobile data?

So my 2nd paypal account (5 years old) has been linked to my original account (I don't remember anything about it besides that it was some issue on ebay) I had used the same info in the new account and was even able to get a business debit card (who knew?) now that's all in the past and my ID is burned so its time to go ghost. My question is can't I just buy a burner straight talk phone to handle my paypal transactions on?

Sure $45 month expense plus the phone cost sucks but my profits before being limited would basically make those costs non existent.

By not connecting to Wi-Fi at all anywhere and only using mobile data on a new device that should work fine I assume? I realize that if I have to go with multiple accounts I will need to do some different stuff to use each account separately and not get linked, my current goal is to find and buy a paypal that has no withdraw limit

There's a lot of different methods to run stealth, A new phone would work just fine. You don't even have to go $45 a month...I bet you could find a cheaper service.

Do you plan to run more than 1 account? if so that can get expensive.

Yes, in the long run you will need to find a method that works for multiple accounts which we have already.

I use PAYG cards with mobile data .. normally they have 500mb for £10.. and tether the vm's via wireless dongle. Use the phone number to register the PP and ebay

I would use currency conversion to get cheap game items and sell them for a profit
