Help Wanted!
Hi, I'm new to paypal and have some questions:
1. Do I have to provide a phone to verify my account (besides VBA or VCC(?
2. If I should, can I use some kind of virtual number, like pinger? If I can, what virtual number provider you suggest?
3. Should I provide any more document or whatever after this verification?
4. Should I use Socks 4/5 or a regular VPN is enough?

Welcome to the forums. Not sure if google voice is still a prime option...as for VPN, don't go for free generic ones (tend to be overused). |

Also - avoid proxies. For an IP solution you need something solid. A fresh and dedicated IP address is the best for stealth purposes. It costs money but you get what you pay for. |

| My verification is for withdrawal of small amounts, like $200 to $500.
What service do you recommend for IP solution? there's a huge list of vps providers and I'm very confused...

flashed verizon mifi or tether with pdanet.. you can get a new ip every time... works great for stealth |
