After getting Limited, question about adding Bank
 

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I picked here. I just tried to add a bank account to a one of my old limited paypal accounts and it worked. Before I found this forum, I would always leave my bank account open for the 180 days to withdraw my money to it at the end of the time. My question is, to help keep my active bank account numbers down, is can I close my bank account when my Paypal gets limited, and then around the 180 day add a new bank account to my paypal so I can withdraw the money?

actually I got an email 1 year later from one of my accounts and they said funds is available. But when I tried to sign into that PP account it says account is locked and I need to call in.

Lakeman, if you already had a bank attached to the limited account, i wouldnt advise you to waste a new bank to get the money out, just keep the old bank open until the time comes to release the funds.
That new bank account could be used to verify another paypal account

How about filing chargebacks to the amount that paypal held?
