Paypal payment not go through
 

I have bought a ebay stealth included paypal which have never used before. My stealth life was good with ebay but when i want to use money in paypal (buy some internet items or other ebay items) IT CAN NOT BE PAY. I ever tried to send money to other paypal account but it can not too.
Do you have any ideas for this problem. I just want to use money in paypal because i dont have real bank to withdraw.

This is pretty common on US accounts lately. You need to establish some trust before you can send funds directly from your paypal balance.

Very common issue these days.

After a few weeks you should be able to send money. It also helps to verify the account (if its not already)

For trusted by Paypal, can i just login account then click on some links there for few weeks?

Common issue and tonnes of info on the forum about it. From experience goes away after a few days. It happens especially on new accounts and when you try to withdraw/spend funds too soon after receiving them
