Question about stealth acct associated with a Bank Account
 

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, so please let me know if I'm not abiding the rules or breaking any rules what so ever.

A question that rose after reading the guide was :
1- I have multiple cards (Debit and Credit) , if I have a couple of cards with different card number would I be able to use that instead of the VCC and use my old Bank account? (The one that got suspended)

Just use a Gift Card, it's easier.

You can't use your old bank account that was already attached to another paypal account.
PP won't even let you attach it in first place. Even if you do, PP will get linked to old account and ban!

Edit: You can buy a VBA to bypass that problem from marketplace.
And you can use your other debit/credit cards only if they are not used with any paypal before.

Any good VBA you guys recommend? that don't cause hassle in making the account?

Also, I have a checking and savings account, which both of them have different account number. Will I be able to use the savings account if I used the checkings on my suspended account?

Keep it simple, use Checking Accounts....

I dont want to open up a new account as it makes things more complicated for me.

Hey, just to clarify my lack of knowledge, why is it that you want it to be a checking instead of a savings?

The guide says if you have a saving or checking account that hasn't been used to use it. Just wondering..

Also to paypal verification, if I have a credit card I've never used would that also work as for verification?

Yes you can still use saving account but try not to use it for payments.

It may sound dumb , but why is it that you recommend not to use it for payments?

Btw, I'm probably gonna use paypal moneys for the payments.

Many banks dislike too many funds coming into saving accounts.

Checking accounts do not get the same scrutiny.

Stick to VCCs, I would not recommend personal credit or debit cards.

And both checking + savings accounts work just fine, just the account has to not be associated with a PayPal account previously.

Basically your personal credit card/debit card won't be accepted because of mismatch name and address on your stealth account. Make's sense? Thus I don't recommend it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but somewhere in the guide didn't he mention something about CC or BA not being able to find out it's name due to HIPPA reasons from the Banks' end?

Your personal cards fail the account verification system.

This means the account is flagged and PayPal may look at it (unnessarily).

We suggest gift cards to allow the accounts to appear as real as possible.

For PayPal purposes address must match the supplied card.

When it does not, it can mean a limitation.

We need to avoid thst.

Savings accounts also tend to have HIGHER fees when money goes out of the account - "tends to"

I was selling so much Vero items (Ray ban sunglasses) and sold so many at such a short time that I got a few warnings and ignored it to relist them twice and they suspended my account ... this guide helped to get where I need to but just gotta take it 100times slower this time to avoid suspension again.

Quick question, is Rayban considered VeRO items? if so, can I actually sell them if I let the account cool down for few days or weeks?

Aside from the above question, I just read from a different post people saying that the VBA and VCC are used just to verify them and to withdraw money from paypal we can just change the Bank account back to your real bank account. But what if my ebay that was suspended had a paypal account with the bank account that they are supposedly saying to change to withdaw was suspended?

If yes, how do we withdraw the money from our stealth account?
Do we just send it to the paypal account that has the ebay account suspended and withdraw from that PP account since it has our real bank account attached to it?

Lastly, I personally never bought a gift card before, if I buy a vanilla giftcard at a local CVS will I be able to enter my stealth's address? or would you not recommend buying at cvs and rather buying it online ?

Why would you add a bank account that was previously used already? you need to use a FRESH bank account that has never been used before, simple as that.

I don't understand what is so difficult to understand....just add a real bank account, is that making any sense?

If you do this, your going to get limited.

Just go into the store, buy a vanilla visa gift card, go to their website, and register the "ZIPCODE" of the stealth address.

I guess my next question is, if I add a virtual bank account, will I still be able to withdraw from ut? In an easier way to ask, are virtual bank accounts real bank accts

VBA's are NOT real banks, you will need to add a Real Bank to withdraw. Remember, VBA's are just "dummy" or "sit-in" bank account until you add your real bank account.

What do you mean by this? How do people work around if they use a VBA then? If changing it back to the real bank account that was suspended will link it then how do people work around this if they are using VBA? Do they send the funds to the PayPal that they used to use for the suspended ebay then withdraw since that has the real bank account?

Listen, the VBA is only used to "VERIFY" the PayPal, it does NOT serve any other purpose, it does nothing else, do you understand?....you DON'T have to use a VBA if you don't want to, SOME people do use a VBA just so their PayPal is VERIFIED...THATS IT!

Now, I'm not sure if you are aware of this but you CAN have more than 1 bank account on a PayPal. We recommend adding a real bank account to your PayPal once you feel the PayPal is solid and working good.

You DON'T have to use a VBA, No one is going to force you to use one....if you DON'T want to use a VBA..DON'T!

Does any of this make sense?


For the 2nd time, transferring funds to another PayPal multiple times CAN get you limited or Suspended, we don't recommend doing this.

Man I really appreciate you being so patient with my dumb questions :faint:

So, just to give you scenario.
1- I open up a paypal acct with a VBA, and later add the real bank account, which was used by a suspended ebay account (Would do this once it's settled) , will this suspend my stealth ebay account?
2- Didn't know that you didn't have to do a bank account, so just the vanilla gift card that I purchased will lift the limit? if this is the case, people who use VCC, how do they withdraw the funds? do they just use paypal money to purchase other stuffs?

I'm asking the above questions because, my ebay acct was suspended, then I used my wife's ebay account to start selling (Wife's account was used in a new user from windows and different MAC address along with a different IP) but when I listed things up I put my paypal account that was used in my suspended ebay. This leads me to believe that ebay will suspend the account because I used a paypal that was used on a suspended ebay acct.

Seriously, you have to learn to LISTEN.

Forget what you think you should do. You are making errors that will make you lose this new account.

YOU need to start with everything new.

New bank account to go on account that has never been on PayPal/eBay before.
New address
Computer cleared with new IP,, user account and cookies.

Nothing old may be used on this new account.

1. You would need NEW real bank account - easy to get one.

2. People who don't have a bank account (on paypal.com) are likely to purchase items, services, or other money-moving transactions (some of which are not recommended). Bank is best.

What will it take for me to convince to stop with the "using a bank account that was used on a suspended account"? are you determined to re-use a bank account that was used already? please, tell me why? Here are 2 scenarios:
1. PayPal WON'T let you add the same bank twice
2. If it does let you, it may cause problems
