Ok I have about 30 accounts all have bank accounts........I sell sell a few items on each one a month. I had 1 account get a dispute. Since I always pull the money right away(same day) I never have any money in the paypal account for them to grab......So I thought........Well I had one last year and this is what happened.......I lost dispute but no funds to get right????? Not untill the ebay bill came then since its funded with paypal with the bank account they pulled the disputed money 1st then along with the ebay bill.........So Im thinking always pay that bill so they cant have any reason to pull any disputed money out.....So thats what I do I pay the ebay bill before withdrawing the paypal account.....My question is will this work since I have another dispute.....Of course the ebay bill is paid they want me to fund the paypal account RIGHT...........I dont care if I can never use the account paypal again really. Is there anyway they can get any money out.....I remember back in the day they could and can still can if you have an ebay bill I know I can just close the bank account and that will be that.......Im just wondering can they get into bank accounts for disputes that are lost??? I can and have won many disputes but Im not going to win this one because she is using the not as described bull crap.........If I make a mistake I eat it but Im not in the wrong and she shouldnt get crap. So Im willing to sacrafice the account no problem............next.

seller wins not as described every time. I lost 2k and went for claim immediately closed because paypal cannot verify descriptions.

why arent you willing to have her return item, do you think she will pull a trick on you?

because I dont use my real address........And she is so hateful about the whole thing....Paypal is stuck eating this one i closed the bank account so it doesnt matter i guess now........But paypal is making her jump through hoops since they are on the hook....The sent me an email last week requesting more info from the buyer and waiting on HER again........The buyer certainly doesnt win that EASY when its paypals money at steak......If they had access to my money Im sure she would have won case and it would be closed already.
