Check List before trying again
 

OK been suspended twice, so trying your method. ( mistaken identity that can't be un-proven)
I deal with an ovearseas seller, they list and ship and I take the money in my Paypal account as they can't access Paypal from their country.
This time, I started a new Paypal a/c in a friends name and with their bank info, but no credit card, so I will work on that with all the suggestions I got from the E-book on that problem.
I have lots of credit cards but all in my name.
I'm really nervous about doing this again as I thought I had been careful the second time. We are not selling anything suspect or overly expensive but lots of volume.
I cleaned up my act on the cookies and I have dial up, but still have to get my head around the Flash Cookie thing.
One thing bothered me, when I was opening the new Paypal a/c with everyting totally new, I saw my home email flash up for a second. That is the one I used on personal stuff years ago when first getting Paypal. Is this a problem do you think?

It is best to open every new set of Ebay/PayPal accounts in separate windows users so info is not shared and you get to keep the cookies, flash cookies etc. Regarding cc for PayPal, you can use yours, PayPal won't check the name.
I hope your dial up is AOL, because you must make sure to have different IP.

I have checked the dial up # and it changes each time I log in. I'm not a computer whizz so I'm still trying to figure out more then one a/c on this computer. Not AOL though

That is good! What dial up are you using? I thought AOL was the only one to give you different IP each time you sign on..I may be wrong...
