No selling limit shows up
 

Hi all! Being busy creating my new accts.
Know how to do it as sellers on forum as most of accts end up with 1000/25000 limit.
But now encountered new case for me - no limit shows up. Tried to call - system also didn't mention any limit (though it always does if there's one).
Been reading before on forum that it doesn't mean it is limitless but rather the limit is big.

Recently it's impossible to search through forum as everybody creates new thread and search result is a mess so had to create one as well.

Could anyone share your experience about possible limits on this "no-show limit" account ?

No such thing as a, 'no limit' account. There's always a limit....wait a few days or until you list something it will show.

@olek, have you done any COMPLETED sales yet? Limits kick in after sale is completed...

Sometimes even after a few sales are done the limits wont show up.
The only way to know them is to either hit them and then get a message about it or call ebay to ask about them (which is a no risk call).

i have a account that is almost 18 yrs old was selling massive amounts limits went up and up last one i remember was 250k /1,ooo,ooo then a few months later all limits disappeared . I have nevr hit any limits since I would call this unlimited

Most likely after u list a item or two it will show up them

No new accounts or non-vetted accounts.

Try listing an item for $50000.

The system will stop you from listing and tell you your max amount in $ per month.

Then work out the item amount from that.

You will not see your limit till you post something for sale on eBay

I'd wait 24 hours. If the limits don't appear by then, do what just_smile is suggesting. You'll get an error message when you try to list and it will tell you what the actual limit is.

I'd recommend waiting 24 hours as I've had a few of these before where the limits don't appear straight away and I've been able to list quantities in the tens of thousand for the first few hours.

it sounds like the eBay sellers account is not set up yet. I made a stealth account until ALL my info was set it and and my Paypal account was verified and confirmed plus LINKED to my eBay account. At THAT point eBay showed my selling account with it's LIMITS - YES ALL eBay selling accounts have LIMITS
