Do I need to change Time Zone for USA Account
 

Hi ,
I heard once that If for example Im not for the USA and
want to use USA account from my pc:
Usa Ip address , and etc..

I also need to change my time zone to "USA" ?? can ebay or paypal check that?

I dont use Vmware it can solve that issue .
Im using portable browser.

would like to know if timezone matters.

With browser fingerprinting etc, the time should match the geolocation, imo.

In our workings, we ensure that the time zone marches.
