# of Active Seller Accts & How to Stay Organized??

How many ACTIVE seller ebay accounts do you have and what is the best method to manager sales, shipping, etc. I'm not talking about account just sitting aging but accounts with active listings today. I have 4 active accounts soon to be 6 tonight with a bunch "in the oven." My goal is to have 10 active selling accounts by next month. But I am worried about how to manage all these accounts at once without getting confused.

Any tips on how to stay organized with multiple accounts would be great.

(Feel free to move to the "multiple accounts" category if needed. I always have trouble figuring out where to put these, haha). Thanks.

Multiple user accounts and documentation.

Some people use excel.

I use pencil and paper.

At one point last Xmas I had 12-14 different eBay/Paypal accounts running with active listings on every one of them.
It can and does get VERY confusing.
Each account of course had its own gmail account which I POPed into my mail software, that keeps the emails separate.
This is how I knew on what account I sold a item.
Each account had its own Paypal account as well as its own computer user account and Auctiva account.
I would ONLY use AOL dialup to interface with eBay directly.
This kept my IP Address issue null and void.

To keep all the account data in order I have a very in depth Excel Spreadsheet.
Excel is a wonderful program and can take a lot of the confusion out of the mix.

On a normal daily basis I have between 4-6 accounts running at one time.

I only have one main account with A legit Family Member Info. I don't have time to manage too many accounts. I like to "KISS" and I do have two as backup just in case things go sour which I doubt. I don't think I will ever get suspended again.

It is not such a hard task. When I started again I used the dreaded 'stickies' &
notepads. Sadly they do not stand up to coffee being spilled over them.
I made the quantum leap to excel. This allows me to track everything.
Those accounts 'baking' as you said, and the active accounts are there on the spreadsheet. Each account has its info, from the moment of conception & the works. IF i ever have to speak to ebay/paypal, I print out the info for the account in question. I make sure I am signed out of any other accounts. After all there is only me:juggle: Found a thread that backs this up,aking. Good Luck.

Im thinkign about finding someway to outsource ALL of the work..

Have one employee assigned to each account..

IF they get an account linked they are fired on the spot :D

LMAO!!

Yea, I started to use excel, but I found note cards are easy as of now. I am going to go back with excel and have a tab for each account. That way I can track each sale and shipment, payment, etc. I think I'll start on this tonight actually.

Yes you subscribe for Seller Manager Pro with each ebay account, no linking chance what so ever, been using it for years.

Its the best way to stay organised. Personally i wouldn't be able to cope without it.
