Help in changing business name on stealth paypal

I have to change the EIN and LLC name in my paypal account and am creating a new one. The account has real info from a friend, but I am changing to my own EIN and LLC for easier tax filing.

In creating the LLC I am setting it up in my name only, as the owner/manager. Is this correct?

In creating the EIN am I an doing it as Individual/Partnership? I was told to check partnership in case I want to add others eventually and assure that paypal only sees the Business information and not the personal information. Is this correct?
