dial-up vs vpn
 

I've read many times that dial up is the safest, but obviously its also the slowest. Ive also read that vpn's such as blacklogic also work. Will someone who has used a vpn like blacklogic explain how they are using it. i.e what services they use and how long they have been using it. I would really much rather use a vpn service over dial up but I'm kind of confused on what to use and how to use it. Do they allow you to specify what area you want your ip address to be from? Any info on this subject would be much appreciated.

blacklogic has you in either canada, uk, houston, or chicago. i use it and I am in none of those places nor are my accounts. i use the $15 service with the shared ip address. i have not been suspended due to it yet.

How long has your account backed by blacklogic survived?

yeah I've been wondering about using these with the shared ip... seems risky.

do not using vpn shared ip this get your account suspended fast

I'm not recommending using a shared ip, but it takes more then just an ip to get you suspended/linked.
