Default OMG with the ebay seller fees!!

oh i can say is that the fees are really high!!

I think ebay should change its policy to where if an item is unsold, they don't charge any fees including the listing fees.

I have listed 5 items for sale, and they were unsold. I relisted again, and still unsold. The fees are just keep going up like hell..!! Paypal charges fees also, OMG, how can our sellers doing business like that with bad economy already.

i've noticed this also.. especially in the electronics sections....

It got to a point where my FVF was causing me to lose money.. so i just left that section alone...

One way to reduce your fees, depending the category but also risky, is starting your auctions at .01

It doesnt save much, but it could add up in the long run

I agree they take a huge chunk, what I hate is that you pay something even when you dont sell.

I also hate paying fees for something that doesn't sell. Ebay really needs to look that over. I understand it's using their server/hosting to list my item, but that's just driving people away to charge them for an item they didn't even sell.

While greedy Ebay is swimming in their millions, the rest of us are struggling to make the ends meet in this economy. While they should at the minimum drop the listing fees on unsold items, they nickle and dime us anyway they can think of. Great going, Ebay!

Yeah - what I really hate is the "double dipping"

I list my items with free shipping - so I end up paying 3 times b4 I make my profit - at least its a good profit but **** on them anyway.

double dipping by getting the listing and FVF fees through ebay, and then getting paypal fees also, which is also owned by ebay. So getting paid twice - for listing & sale, then again on the paypal end, for payment!
