400$ stuck with paypal

i had a limited account, i had 400$ balance and after 180 days paypal allowed me to withdraw my balance but by mistake i closed the bank account related to this paypal account and offcourse my address and name on this account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, is there any other way to withdraw and i don't remember the credit card also.:lol:

Can you add a bank account to that paypal account?

Can you give more details. Did it give you an error or what? Could you not find how to add a bank account?

I Think lakeman is right, you can always update your bank info. Check it out again and give use some more info about the errors you get.

Another possible problem might be if the bank account was not in the same
country?:pout:

You should still be able to add a bank account to a limited paypal.

sounds like a good way to make sure they get to keep your money to me.

Wow! Is that what Paypal is doing now? Stealing others people money. You used to be able to add new bank account even if limited...Why don't you call them and kindly insist to give you means to get your money back?

As long as you got that letter you should be able to. Then again I got a error the other day for taking off a credit card to verify it that I lost, then I tryed to add another one on profile. Worked fine, but then to do the 1.95 charge it asked for the new card info so I put it in and it tells me (cannot use this card on another paypal account blah blah) Well its the card I just @#$@$ used and is now in my hands. Some really #@$@4 errors I seen, but this one got me good.

Take off ALL of the credit cards you currently have linked to this paypal first, and than add new card never used before ... it should work with no errors.

You mean take it off from profile, then actually go to the lift limit part and add it there. This way it cant be associated at all cause its on no account. I think thats what you mean, and that should work! Thanks Lyda

Yes, take them all off like they are worthless , expired. Than have a new cc, or vcc that has never been used before with Ebay/Paypal and go to ADD a credit card to your account. After PayPal excepts it, you will have to go through normal verifications and lifting a limit.
Happened to me once, couldn't understand why it would give me an error when I tried to add cc to lift 500 limit. But this is what I did and it worked...Someone mentioned this on the forum and I tried with success. I just wished I knew this earlier, cause I was struggling to lift darn limit for months, and tried several different cards, but none worked-I'd be getting error, "Please, use another card!" I came to use 4 or five cards I tried - than, I cleaned it all up from cc and just added a brand new one. Please let me know how it went...

Please make sure its a brand new card number NEVER used before. You can even do Simon vcc for $20. You can't just re-use any of your old cc you took of. Paypal will know that.

Ugh well I think the first time I took off all the cards! Then tryed the lift limit part first and it probally worked when I did it. But now I followed your method now cause I forgot how to do it. So that does not seem to work, just wasted 2 more cards.

Already had cards on it so then I just added the new one on there. Nope

I might try one more time just by taking them all off and adding from there. Maybe it will work since I mightve done it that way last time.

edit:maybe they already stopped gift cards being verified since they recently deny them on ebay...?
