How to safe withdraw or to order something using my stealth paypal?
 

Hi.
I just purchased one stealth ebay account and I sold nearly 600$ in my first month.
I have a vietnam paypal but I think that transfer money between this 2 account is too risk.
So can you guys please help me answer these 2 questions:
1. Safe ways to withdraw money from my stealth paypal account.
2. It is safe now to order something in ebay or amazon or shopify using my stealth paypal balance?

1. What are the withdrawal methods for vietnam paypal?

2. You can order things with the balance but you would need to use accessible fresh address (of course)

1. The withdrawal methods for vietnam is transfer money to a vietnam bank account. But I think that it is too risky to transfer money from my stealth pp to my vietnam pp.

2. When I order things, what will happen if the name and shipping address is not the same as in the paypal?
