What would I do if a get a friend's account

Have a friend who may give me an account which he started as a genuine business over 5 years ago, approx 3000 powerseller feedback off over 99 is positive. He offered it to me.I am thinking of getting it. All details would be kept so i would just need to make sure my ip clean for any changeover.
What do you think?
