Withdraw money from US paypal for non US resident
 
Hello,

Is there anyone know the bank account issued by worldfirst/payoneer still work for paypal? I mean using for withdrawal? is there any other option for a non US resident to withdraw funds from paypal?(better paypal to any US bank that is for non US resident.)

Payoneer doesn't work for the US paypal anymore. For Chinese resident, so far there are some methods I found:

1. ask those chinese students who is studying in the US for currency exchange. $100 each person and exchange for RMB by Alipay or Wechat. No fee!!


2. Virwox.com. Deposit money by paypal, and exchange to EUR. Then withdraw to a skrill account in your name and then send it back to China. It costs you about 8-12%.

3. There is some withdrawal service in China. They take 10% and can provide you US or HK bank account under any name!

Thank you for your reply.

It seems that those methods cost more than I can afford, selling item at low profit margin. Some one in the forum said you can link a China PayPal to a US eBay account, will try this way and report back.
Anyway, I appreciate your help so much!

Hi , maybe you can point in me in the right direction , for point 3 ? I d like to find such service that provide US account under any name . I dont mind paying you a small fee for your help.

How much you want to withdraw? Does the money on the paypal for at least 21 days?

I did want to use the PM function, but I am too young in this forum that I am not allowed to.

I intend to use it for stealth acc , constant withdraw , clean money.
Basically all I need is the bank where I could withdraw from PP , with the option to cashout funds somehow. ( transform into btc / atm card , etc. )
