question regarding eBay payments.
 

hi guys just a question regarding eBay payments.

got a few large fragile items on eBay which i won’t send so i put collection only payment when buyer collects.

thing i want to know is, i think most of potential buyers are put off as a lot probably have no means of collecting so I’m limiting my sales.

am i allowed to put on my auction can offer delivery in person payment on delivery or accept bank transfer if they want to arrange courier themselves. i know you must accept paypal but don’t want to risk a courier picking fragile expensive items up and it getting broken in transit then get a chargeback. too much of a risk hence pickup only or would offer to deliver it myself.

You can offer to deliver in your listing. It's probs best to include your location and how far you are willing to travel in the listing.

If you wanted to be paid other than paypal, I would arrange that privately. Ie over the phone or whatever
